If you have questions about the terms, whether I'll draw something specific, or anything else, feel free shoot me an email and ask. Similarly, please note that until I figure out how the heck to properly price commercial works, these terms and prices apply to personal commissions only. All prices are subject to some level of approximation. Inevitably, some characters or objects are going to be more complex than others.

The Process
- Email is the most reliable way to contact me. Allow a few days for email responses; your patience is very much appreciated!
- Send all relevant info to me so any questions either of us have can be sorted as soon as possible. In addition to character descriptions, visual images and references are also needed to really iron out your character.
- Once the commission is accepted and the payment is sent, I will begin work.
- A Work-In-Progress (WIP) file will be sent out in the sketch phase for your review and approval, unless you have opted to not receive WIP files. Any issue with the sketch is much easier to fix at an early stage.
- Another WIP file will be sent out again near completion of the work for a final review. Please note that at this point, a significant change to the final drawing will incur a fee unless the issue is due to my own misunderstanding, not a lack of information given to me. That said, things like color changes, simple tweaks and small additions are generally fine.
- The time it takes to finish a commission can generally take from three days to four weeks depending on factors like complexity, quantity, contact with clients, health and other external circumstances. I will provide a rough timeline when accepting the commission but will not guarantee a specific date of completion.
- By default, the completed work will be provided via email as a full-resolution PNG file (approx. 2400 x 3500 px, at 300 DPI). If you would prefer a different size or DPI, please let me know at the beginning.
This document may be edited at any time without the need of further notice.
